Do you wish someone could tell you where you're going wrong?

Uncategorized Jun 27, 2022

I'm not going to do that ;)

Although I remember going through a stage where I was always wishing someone would just tell me what I'm doing wrong or why I'm getting stuck and how I could move forward.

Can you relate?

I would read the books, attend the retreats, have coach after coach, invest in myself.. and consistently wanting to be better... and it felt like I was going around in circles.

I felt I wasn't getting traction and nothing was shifting.

Until I discovered the process of Mastery for myself.

Awareness. Embodiment. Integration.

I take my clients through this process so that they "become" who they know they want themselves to be.

If you can MASTER this process, you'll start embodying and integrating what you know into your life.

I wish I could tell you that it's a 7-day detox or a 90-day program or that within 12 weeks all will be well.

I know we all want the quick fix. It just doesn't work that way.

AND I believe many more coaches need to be transparent about what it takes to create shifts in our lives.

It's a moment-by-moment, choice by choice, day-by-day commitment.

If you want to understand the process of mastery, a few weeks ago I did a Free Training on my FB profile. You can check it out here

You're not doing anything wrong. You're not falling behind. And I know it may feel that way.

This free training may explain what may be going on...

Watch it and let me know what you get out of it. Reply to this email. I would love to hear from you.

I've had some amazing feedback.

In fact, someone watched it and she immediately could identify the walls that were stopping her.

I'm sending you so much love.
